Missing a tooth? Wisdom tooth hurting? Told you need a bone graft before anything else? That’s the work we do. Our Implant & Oral Surgeon handles the cases a general dentist sends elsewhere placing dental implants, pulling an impacted tooth without drama, and flagging anything that looks like oral pathology before it turns into a bigger problem.
A dentist fills cavities. A surgeon cuts, grafts, and rebuilds. Once a tooth is gone, the bone underneath starts shrinking within months so timing matters. You want surgical hands on the case when dental implants go into thin bone, when an impacted tooth sits next to a nerve, or when a lump in the mouth needs a biopsy.
Everything happens under one roof at our Dental & Medical Center, International City Dubai. Scan, plan, surgery, crown. No back-and-forth between clinics.
Titanium posts for one tooth or several. Matched to your bite and bone.
A fixed set of teeth on four to six angled implants. Often done in one visit.
Surgical take-out of a buried wisdom tooth or any tooth stuck below the gum.
Plenty of clinics handle a clean, single-tooth case. The harder ones failed implants, thin ridges, patients told “no” elsewhere that’s what we see most. Every case starts with a CBCT scan and a written plan. You see where the implant goes, on screen, before anything is done.
And if the tooth can be saved, we’ll say so. Surgery is a tool. Not a default.
Local anaesthetic during. Mild soreness for two or three days after. Swelling usually peaks on day two, then eases off.
Scan to final crown: three to four months for a clean case. Longer if a graft is involved — bone needs time to settle.
Yes. Biopsies, cyst removal, lesion review. Results are explained to you in person —no hand-offs.
